A photo calendar for 2035 gives each of the twelve months its own photograph above its own date grid, printed as twelve portrait pages you can bind, pin, or hand over as a present. The picture takes the top of the page and the month grid the bottom, so how much room a photograph gets depends on how many rows that month needs. In 2035 the tightest months are April, July, and December, running to six rows. Photographs stay on your device throughout, because the PDF is assembled in the browser.

Making a 2035 photo calendar

Every month in 2035 needs at least five rows, so the photo area is the same from January to December and no month gets a noticeably bigger picture. The six-row months are the opposite case. April, July, and December push the grid up the page, so a wide landscape shot survives the crop there better than a tall portrait one. If you are choosing between framings, give those months the horizon-heavy pictures and keep anything vertical for the shorter ones. Across the twelve pages 2035 needs 63 grid rows in total, nine of the months landing on the ordinary five.

Plan the twelve pictures against the year rather than picking twelve favorites at random. In 2035: Valentine's Day is a Wednesday; Mother's Day falls on May 13; Halloween is a Wednesday, which decides whether the October picture is a party or a pumpkin on a doorstep; Easter moves to March 25, early enough that a spring picture still has to work in winter light; Chinese New Year on February 8; there are twelve full moons across twelve months, the first on January 24, if a night shot is going anywhere in the twelve. Birthdays and anniversaries are the other anchor worth working to, since the page a photograph sits on is the month it gets looked at. Match the season as well: a January page showing a beach and a July page showing snow reads as a folder of pictures rather than a calendar, and it is the quickest way to make a hand-made one look accidental.

Most photo calendars are made as presents, and that puts a real deadline on them. Christmas Day is a Tuesday in 2035, which leaves the working week before it intact for posting. New Year's Eve is a Monday, worth knowing if the calendar is going out as a New Year present rather than a Christmas one. Printing at home takes an evening; a print shop wants several days and longer in December. Build the twelve pages well before either, because the slow part is never the printing, it is finding a photograph you are happy with for November.

Resolution is the one thing that cannot be fixed after printing. The photo area is roughly a third of the page, which at 300 dpi wants an image around 2,500 pixels on its long edge. Anything from a modern phone camera clears that comfortably. Screenshots, messaging-app downloads and pictures saved from social media usually do not, and they go soft exactly where the calendar is being read from a meter away. Print on stock heavier than copy paper if you can, because 120 gsm upwards stops the picture on the next page showing through, which is the most common disappointment with a home-printed photo calendar. Both A4 and US Letter work.

This is a keepsake layout rather than a working one. Day cells sit under the picture and are sized to be read, not written in, so if you need somewhere to record appointments, print the plain 2035 calendar alongside it and keep the photo version for the wall. The family calendar and the birthday calendar solve the writing problem in different ways, and the calendar types guide sets all of them side by side.

Add a photograph to each of the twelve months above, set the week start and colors, then download the 2035 PDF.

2035 photo calendar questions

Which months have the least room for a picture in 2035?
April, July, and December. Those months span six grid rows in 2035 instead of five, so the calendar takes more of the page and the picture takes less. Landscape-shaped photographs handle it better than portrait ones. No months get the roomiest treatment.
What size should my photos be for a 2035 photo calendar?
Around 2,500 pixels on the long edge, which is 300 dpi across the photo area of an A4 page. Anything from a modern phone camera is well past that. Images pulled out of chat apps or social media have usually been resized down, and they look soft on paper even when they look fine on screen.
How many pages does it print?
Twelve, one per month, portrait. You can print the whole year at once or a few months at a time from your printer's page-range dialog. Each page stands alone, so reprinting a single month is easy when a photograph does not come out the way you expected.
Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is assembled in your browser, so the images never leave your device. It also means the file size depends on your own photographs: a twelve-page calendar built from full-resolution phone shots can get large enough to be worth checking before you email it to a print shop.
Will these photo pages still work another year?
The pictures will, the dates will not. A 2035 grid is only correct for 2035. The next year with an identical grid is 2046, so the same twelve photographs can be dropped straight back in then and every date will still line up. In between, regenerate the calendar for the year you want and re-add the images.
Are the moon phases marked on a 2035 photo calendar?
Not on this layout, which keeps the space under each photograph for dates. 2035 has twelve full moons, the first on January 24 and the last on December 15, and the moon phase calendar marks all four principal phases if you want them printed. The lunar month runs 29.53 days, so those dates shift every year even when the calendar grid does not.
Can I change the week start and the colors?
Yes. Week start switches between Monday and Sunday, and the color theme applies to the day grid only, so your photographs keep their own tones and a themed grid never fights the pictures. Holiday marking can be turned on so public days are highlighted under each photo.
