About the fiscal year calendar
A printable fiscal year calendar organizes the year around business quarters rather than starting in January. The default start month is October, which follows the US federal fiscal year, and you can change it to match whatever month your organization actually starts on.
That single setting is the reason this layout exists. If your finance year runs April to March or July to June, a standard calendar puts your Q1 in the middle of the page and your year end in the wrong place. Setting the start month lines the quarters up with how you report.
Use it for budget cycles, reporting deadlines, forecast reviews and audit dates. Quarter labels sit on the sheet, so anyone reading it can see which quarter a date belongs to without counting months. Landscape is the default so the quarters read across the page in sequence. Day cells suit marking dates rather than writing detail into them. A4 and US Letter both print it, and choosing the size in the settings beats rescaling at the printer, which shifts the quarter labels off their columns.
