About the yearly calendar layout

A printable yearly calendar fits all twelve months onto one sheet, so it answers the question people actually have when they pin a calendar to a wall: what does the whole year look like? Can I write appointments on a yearly calendar?

Not comfortably. Squeezing twelve months onto one page leaves day cells a few millimeters across, which suits ticking off dates rather than writing in them. Use the monthly layout when you need writing room.

How many pages does it print?

One. That is the point of this layout, and it is why it works as a single wall sheet or a folder insert.

Should I print it portrait or landscape?

Landscape. The month grid is wider than it is tall, so portrait squeezes the columns and shrinks the dates for no benefit.

Does it fit US Letter paper?

Yes. Letter is about 6 mm wider and 18 mm shorter than A4, so the grid sits slightly more cramped top to bottom. Choose Letter in the settings rather than rescaling an A4 file at the printer.
