A printable weekly calendar gives one week its own page, which is the amount of room you need if you plan by time rather than by date. Each day gets a dedicated block, so you can lay out a shift pattern, block study sessions, or plan meals for the week without writing in the margins.

This is the layout people print most often here, and it prints across the full year at roughly fifty two pages. That is a lot of paper if you send the whole file at once. Print a month or two ahead, keep the PDF, and come back to it.

Landscape is the default because seven day columns read better across the wide edge. Portrait works if you prefer the days stacked as a list down the page. Paper size matters less on this layout than on the dense ones, since one week has plenty of room at either size. If you are printing double sided to save sheets, check that your printer flips on the short edge so the weeks stay in reading order. A4 and US Letter both handle it. Yes. Switch the week start control to Monday and every page regenerates with Monday first.

Does double sided printing work?

It does, and it halves the paper. Set your printer to flip on the short edge so consecutive weeks stay in order when you turn the sheet.
