About the four-month calendar layout

The printable four month calendar takes a different approach from the other multi month sheets. Rather than four equal grids, each page shows one large month with three smaller reference months beside it. You get a full size working month plus a look at what is coming.

That split suits anyone who works in the current month but needs to answer questions about the next few, which covers booking, scheduling, and anything with a lead time. The large month has room to write. The mini months are for checking a date, not marking one.

The file runs to twelve pages, one per focus month, so the reference trio rolls forward as you go. Landscape is the default because the large month and its three companions sit across the page. Print at full size, since Fit to Page shrinks the mini months to the point where the dates stop being legible. Are all four months the same size?

No. One month is printed large enough to write in, and the other three are mini reference calendars for checking dates. That is what separates this from the two month and six month sheets.

Why should I avoid Fit to Page here?

The mini months are already small. Any further reduction pushes their dates below comfortable reading size. Print at full scale and pick the matching paper size in the settings instead.
